Our Process
Day 1
Conduct an introductory call with the seller
- Provide seller with background information on AIC Industrial, track record, and capabilities
- Address seller questions
Day 3-5
Conduct underwriting
- Evaluate the tenant financials, real estate assets and market
- Issue and finalize a fully underwritten, investment committee-approved offer
Day 30
Begin closing process
- Finalize contract, if applicable
- Receive and process real estate diligence
- Finalize lease, if applicable
